W. Peters 7 years agoNerve Racking! Since this is the where the final decision will be made concerning Social Security payments. If you have made it this far you have exhausted all of your appeals. You should hire a S.S advocate, being that this is a court of law. (I hired Binder & Binder for $6,000, and won my case). Also, the federal government will have a voc. rehab. pro in attendance to say what kind of jobs in your field are available, and this judge will have the final say on if you are truely disabled or not.
