Well there's one particular employee in there who needs a chill pill because she is so damn rude. I didn't have a bad experience from other employees except her, TWICE! We were inquiring kindly (with a smile) and trying to get my child's social security but the way she talked to us was like we were trying waste her time. Would rather go to other social security office than seeing that rude woman again.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience with the SSA phone service. I called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes. When someone finally answered, they immediately redirected me to the post-call survey without speaking to me or addressing my issue. This made it appear as though my problem had been resolved, when in fact no assistance was given. Essentially, I waited 30 minutes for nothing. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would appreciate if this matter could be addressed so that future callers do not encounter the same situation.

Nasty rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff talked to me like I was shi, but I’m the one banned from all social security offices. They are also violating my rights to appeal my SSDI because they are mad that I worked. at least that was the attitude that was given. It’s a shame that these adults can’t be professionals. The SS office has been disrespectful for decades and someone needs to do something about it. I sent an email to the SS Office informing them that I want to do an appeal for my SSDI and every time I called them they pretended that they didn’t get it one minute that the next minute they see it. I called the lady Miss Torres, who was supposed to be the specialist over my SSDI situation left voicemail and she did not return my call. No matter what the situation is, everyone deserves to be talked to with respect, These people should Speak to people the Way they would like to be Spoken to.

I visited twice, both times the people were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had to wait the first time but I kinda prepared for that. Thank you.

My husband and I both changed our last name, and came to this location to get our new social security cards. We filled out an online application and did a walk-in appointment. We only had to wait about 20 minutes, there was ample seating and a nice waiting space. I worked with Desiree who was amazing and kind and so efficient and got me what I needed and answered all my questions with patience and care. We were in and out in half an hour, I'm so pleased with our experience.
