All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciate all of their assistance despite the government shutdown. This location is clean, the wait time was less than 10 minutes, and my request was addressed promptly and accurately.

02/02/26 - In and Out within 30 minutes despite the website giving me an appointment for a month and a half later! Staff was super knowledgeable & extremely helpful. I forgot to ask the name of the lady at C9 desk but she was extremely kind and helpful. Understood my needs and made appropriate changes to my SSN. Thank you!

How are you a government agency and not displaying photos of the current President and Vice President in your lobby? If you are still displaying photos of the former vice president and president... That is very unprofessional, unorthodox to a government facility, and should really be scrutinized by the media

I especially hate the wait times they have you holding just to try and speak with someone. However, I finally got assistance from Mrs. Ryan from Community Advocates and she helped get Mr. Drake on the phone in less than 15 mins. Mrs. Ryan was professional, kind and very knowledgeable as were Mr. Drake who took our call. Not only did he listen to my concerns he went and did some digging as to what was actually going on with the case, even got me an appointment right away. I'm so happy to have spoke with the two of them. Mr. Drake concern, care, attention and attitude to my situation was comforting and respectful. I wish that more individuals like him worked at there. As, my previous attempts to reach SSA was noting but extreme hold times. One incident I've waited over 3 hours only to hear someone pick up the call and hang up. I was beyond upset. So I recommend if you can get assistance like Mrs. Ryan from Community Advocates or else where to help contact SSA you do so. Hopefully it'll be Mr. Drake that answers the call.

Numerous times I have waited on the phone 15+ minutes and when it gets to a person they just hang up. I haven't gotten my back pay and it's been a year and every time I talk to someone, they say they'll notify the person in their office who just has to essentially click a button to approve an error in the system and they never do. Can't wait for Trump to fire these lazy women and they get the same treatment when they're on social security. Karma is coming for you.
