Called and made an appointment. I confirmed with them the address. Go to office and wait for 1.5 hrs to be told that I don’t have an appointment because they don’t do 12:30 pm, so that it’s not possible. I showed proof of my email confirmation. The appointment was already hard to make to get through on the government website. I wish there was another option more efficient for everyone here.

I honestly wish there was a zero-star option because this office doesn’t deserve even one star. The moment you walk in, the whole place feels miserable. The employees look frustrated, annoyed, and like they absolutely hate being there. The security officer at the front desk is the worst part of the experience. His attitude is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time someone asks a simple question, he sighs loudly, breathes heavily, and acts like people are bothering him just for trying to get help. If someone is that unhappy with their job, they should seriously consider finding another one instead of making everyone else’s experience unpleasant. People come to this office because they have to, not because they want to. The least the staff could do is treat visitors with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, the atmosphere feels hostile and uncomfortable. Completely disappointing experience.

I called on 2-3-26. The automated machine told me the wait was 10 minutes to speak to someone. I waited, got connected, and then I could hear breathing and talking amongst the employees. I said "Hello" about 50 times, got no response, and then got hung up on. I called again immediately, and the same thing happened again!!! Some woman laughing it up with someone. Someone is either not working or not paying attention to the fact someone is waiting to talk to them!

The website lies. After you complete your application they tell you to take your W2's to your local office for them to copy. They don't tell you that you can just bring copies and put them in the drop box and LEAVE. So you spend hours you don't have for something that would have been minutes. And half the time they don't need the documents because they already HAVE THEM! 🙄

It will be my third time calling back after waiting 20 minutes each time, after being repeatedly hung up on.The first time someone did answer and literally didn't speak a word, like what is wrong with you guys in this office!? One lady picked up, and I explained my situation to her. She said nothing more, put me on hold, and then hung up on me. If you hate your job just QUIT don't be RUDE!! As I am writing this, my call was answered then quickly put on hold without a word. SMH
