Been there twice in one week. Employees need to be oriented on their job. Never did this lady updated my info, therefore my check was late ... Tell that to my landlord. There are 2 to employees that are awesome with great customer service.

Accidentally called this office by mistake this morning and the woman who answered the phone was so hateful and rude. Talked to me like I was beneath her. I called back and asked to speak to her boss, she said her boss was God but she would put me through to a supervisor. I left a complaint but never got a call back. God is her boss and I hope she pays for the way she treats people. There's obviously something wrong with her to have this many bad reviews and yet she still works there! Unbelievable!

👎👎👎👎Arrived at 3:55 and a security guard met me at door and said they closed at 4:00pm. I was 5 minutes earley and he did not permit me to inter! I tried to show him the correct time, he said they closed at 4PM. I was earley and he still did not let me in!! THEY NEED TO BE TOLD WHO THEY WORK FOR AND WHO PAYS THEIR SALARY! Last time I checked it was the taxpayer!!. Not a good example!!

Its been close to 3 months I'm still waiting on info on my appeal decision after being denied when the judge clearly heard the lady say there is nothing she could offer with my abilities. Ssi is a joke
