I’ve visited this SSA office several times, and each time, the representatives have been kind, informative, and genuinely helpful. Given the recent funding cuts and layoffs affecting government positions—especially those directly serving the public—it's understandable that there are many negative reviews. The staffing was inadequate even before these cuts, which have only worsened the situation. The long wait times can be frustrating, and the staff often have to handle upset individuals, sometimes taking the brunt of systemic issues. Disabled individuals and senior citizens deserve better, and Social Security representatives need proper staffing and resources to serve them with dignity and care.

Mr Carr was fabulous! He answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. He took his time explaining everything. Made the process easy and enjoyable actually.

Bad communication, these people act like they don’t want to help or don’t want to work. Attitudes as soon as they answer the phone. These people need to find a new job if they’re going to act like how they act. Very disorganized and have everything and everyone all over the place.

This place is horrible the workers do not explain how to feel out certain forms and explain information that you need to know. The lady was rude to me and told me I was 14 minutes to long at her desk in the back and that she did not have to answer my question because I was already 14 minutes to long at the window and that isn't her job to wait on a person over 14 minutes and it i have anything further that I need to know or understand that I will have to make an appointment to come back. I asked why can't I get the help while I'm here right now ? She got angry and called security on me I was escorted out the building without an appointment or any help after waiting for a hr to be called to the back the lady seemed she was irritated and didn't want to help me explaining how to properly fill out the paperwork about my job it's was about 4 pm I guess she was ready to clock out and go home. She was very rude and careless in helping me out inpatient and lied and said I was acting confrontational all because I asked her to explain the process of how to feel out the paperwork I guess because I'm black she felt as tthough it was her job to label me and call security on me. The security guards nicely explained that I can report her n they made sure I was ok and told me to report her and they clearly saw n understood what I was asking the lady who seemed to not want to do her job because I was 14 minutes to long at her window in the back and she said she don't have to explain anything after 14 minutes if she don't want to. This lady was on the right side in the back about the forth window looked to be Caucasian or Hispanic with a nasty rude additude never again will I come back to this office. Seemed a bit racist to me
