Nurse Kim 5 months agoAfter holding for 56 minutes the SSA representative started verifying my personal information then before I could even ask my question She hung up on me! I was immediately transferred to a customer service survey! She did confirm my phone number and could of called me right back if we were accidentally disconnected. She did not. Frustrating dealing with them.
Everything Will be okay 2 years agoWell.. people need to stop working here if they dont like their jobs. Dont bring your personal problems to work and mess peoples day up when they trying to ask simple directions and questions. If you dont feel like working, stay home cos self care is important.Thank you
