This place don't even deserve a one star the ignorant rude people in n this place and the lack of help they ng to fill out an appeal paper with my child cannot see yet understand what they ask for her to fill u cannot understand and have to make an appointment just to get help to fill out will take a month ridiculous y'all need to do better have staff who ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP PEOPLE

Horrible the Spanish lady at desk 1 is very rude and ignorant she’s yelling at the older people she’s over talking people won’t allow people to explain the reason for being ahes overly rude and it’s very disturbing

The woman that worked window 2. Was very disrespectful and plain out nasty. It was about 12:30pm. I went there for help not for her. To talk to me like I was her child. All I wanted was a application for a social security card. I was not the only one She disrespected. It was like she did not want to work. Then took her attitude out on people. This is why I gave the one star. Tuesday March 4.

I was there on May 22 2025 A Lady Name Miss O was very Disrespectful she didn't help me with my Direct Deposit at all she didn't know what she was doing I show her the paperwork where my check was coming from she going to tell me the Number s to the account don't match how I got my check on the card for Direct deposit why my money not on my card if call have my information and gave it to Miss O why Didn't she put it in that's the information they asked for was my account number and everything else I had it their she didn't do her job I was not loud or disrespectful Miss O Never Put My Paperwork in that's wrong and social security keeps saying they need my information for Direct deposit when I gave her my information in person now call keep say yall need my information when I was there in person to give it to yall on the 22 of May 2025 I need to speak with someone higher than Miss O Glenwood Direct Miss O is Very disrespectful
