So Social Security added income on my account from a company that I never even worked up in the amount of $105,475.00!! I have been telling them for months that it was not my income that this is somehow fraud or a mistake. they say on the letter that I am still employed there I haven't worked in almost a year!!! I have sent my W-2s and tax forms over and over and went into my local Social Security office in Newcastle county and signed a letter right in front of the agent. They terminated my benefits without even giving me notice. Now they want me to pay $28,000 in back payments because of someone else's fault !! as you can see I haven't made over $30,000 in all my life that should've been a red flag right there .. I have all these automatic payments coming out of my check that is going to overdraw my account When you go into the office, they are so rude and uncaring with not an ounce of empathy. The only thing I can do is contact the lawyer cause I'm so over this.

I've been patiently waiting for my past due payment for 3yesrs now. Mind you,my attorney has already been paid accordingly. I have had to vis8t our local office (10 days ago)and the young lady by the name of Jessica assisted me with what's due me. At that time,she, Jessica from our local SS.office reassured me that my back pay would be deposited in my account on August 5,2024.Without no prevail,after checking my account,there was no back monies deposited. After praying for strength,I decided to get dressed and again,visit my local SS office for answers.Moving forward,,after you all did your due diligence as to making sure that I never received anything from your organization,prior ,,,,Jessica indicated that she would do a manager to manager, submitting the documents needed ,she Jessica again reassured me that my monies should soon be released by the Mid-Atlantic Program Service Center...300 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19123-2992.

I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for them to cash any of the payments that I started sending them in December 2018. In the meantime, they/Treasury continue to take $700 from my check every month. Social Security states I am in non compliance with my agreement with them because Mid Atlantic hasn't cashed ANY of the payments that I sent! I sent SSA proof my Bank has sent 4 payments so far. At Mid Atlantic phones ring, place you on hold, go unanswered and then automatically hangs up. Social Security stated they knew it is impossible for consumers to contact anyone from Mid Atlantic by phone. Unbelievable. Financially devastating.

The website said they do change of name for a social security card so I paid for parking and entered the building just to be told they don't do it there that I have to go to a different building and what do you know today is the one and only weekday they close 4 hours earlier so now I have to wait till tomorrow! So mad!

I received a letter in the mail about an overpayment because of covid 19 looked up the form doesn't even exist beyond displeased with the way the government turned out!
