My wife couldn't sign in to her account after about an hour of trying, and taking a picture of her license front and back, a selfie also. It said it didn't recognize her. Then calling ssi to make a mandatory appointment, I couldn't get it to give me the prompt. Three days of trying to get her deposit changed still have no idea what to do!

Online tells you what to bring but when you get there different paper work so you have sat for one hour and thirty minutes then when you walk in the security treats you like your an inmate like they are not human and not friendly at all rude. I hope I will never have to go again and if you do make sure you do your homework before you go and get ready for rudeness as soon as you walk in they really need customer service class

Fast and friendly, the remodel inside was quite impressive. Only waited 15 minutes at most Only few people there less then 10 . When I was called to a window the agent was very nice and polite and got me out in less then 15 minutes. All ended well. Would definitely recommend it now .

Well first off I tried the web sight it would not verify my phone #!Then I called after 10 attempts being unsuccessful .10min wait for phone to get call back , only for them to tell me I have to come all the way from where I live to get seen in office. Just to get a replacement SSC really a you tell me that the only appointment is next month. Really what good is going through all the triple check online (bull) waste of time

My name is Heather McGee. Approved for disability and was told today we would receive nothing a month. Not one red cent. Not only am I disabled but I’m disabled for a ton of reasons both physical and mental. I was deemed disabled in age 18. Something went wrong and I was taken off. I was deemed disabled as well recently and was approved. We so badly needed the money. Our water or electric or gas gets turned off all the time for days. We can’t make our car payment or anything associated with our vehicles, which are basically totaled and broke down. I have three small children in the house…. We struggle to even keep food in the house and we do our best to go to food pantries. As everyone knows food stamps have been taken away. The entire household is on government health insurance. We get eviction notices all the time. We are always late on our rent. Now they’re saying my husband makes too much money, which let me be clear is sy poverty level. Especially with three small children and a wife that cannot work. I got a call today saying I will receive nothing not one red cent and my backpay will mostly go to my attorney. We were shocked the system failed us.i cried uncontrollably and was in such shock. The person doing the all the things to see what I would get paid wasn’t even educated or trained on how to do these things and they stated that clearly to me saying “ we don’t have enough people to do this right now and we are having to just figure it out” Oklahoma shame on you. I cannot believe someone making money that’s considered poverty and struggling as bad as we do with our kids and utilities. Everything literally means I get nothing. I cannot work for a reason. There should be two incomes in a family like ours Because my husband doesn’t cover half of it. You let us down you could care less and you guys do your very best to make sure people don’t get what they deserve. There’s people out there that abuse the system and there’s people like me that desperately truly need it. I am so let down and so hopeless now. I can understand a payment being a bit lower, but literally nothing? Saying if my husband’s payment stay the same for 13 months, I will be cut off and have to reapply for disability? My husband has to send in his paycheck stubs every month? This is nothing like it was when I was 18. You people are not good people you do not obtain compassion nor empathy for anyone, especially those that truly need it. There’s so much I want to say, but I’ll leave it like this. You ruined my family. I fought for a long time to get approved and this was gonna be our help. We were hoping we could get caught up or at least pay half of some of the bills so we can keep these things on for kids. We have to beg for help from people. How could you guys be so careless once again I have not been deemed disabled for one thing I have been deemed disabled for a list of things. I suffer horrifically every day and with all that you care so little that I don’t even get a dollar a month? I don’t know how you people sleep at night. But I’ll tell you right now we are struggling and not making it. Thank you for nothing what you’re doing is wrong. It is so so wrong. These three small children and myself weren’t enough to get any money. I hope you guys are happy knowing you’re destroying families. I’ve never felt so defeated in my life.
