Set an appointment. It was over the phone. Had to wait over a week. They never called. No follow up from them. No apologies. Nothing. Basically I have wasted literally two weeks trying to tell them I have moved etc. This is actually going to seriously effect my life in the short term.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is mean and disrespectful. The lady that helped me treat me really poorly and told me that she could not help me because I was not from Hawaii? I thought you did not need to live in Hawaii to go to the SSA? Worst customer service ever. Maybe that lady should find another job that makes her happier? Appointments are limited and the guards are mean

Guy was really rude over the phone, sounded angry throughout the whole call. Went over the reviews and sounds like I'm not the only one who had a problem with the staff lol.

Unbelievable! They have some nerve to pull a stunt like that. After promising it would be a quick walk-in process and assuring you no one’s ever there, you show up just to be greeted by a security guard telling you “appointment only”—starting that very day? What a complete lack of respect for your time and planning. And to make it worse, not even their own staff knew about this change, and there’s no update on their website? Driving an hour back and forth for nothing is bad enough, but to have absolutely zero communication on their end is beyond unacceptable.

Security Guard was rude and looked like he hated life and the automated machine does not comply to anything I asked for
