Called twice to confirm an appointment. First time we were on hold for 30 minutes. When an agent answered and we stated we were calling to confirm the time of our appointment, we were immediately transferred to the end of call survey. Called back and after holding another 10 minutes, we were immediately transferred to the end of call survey. No one said anything that time. Terrible service. People are being paid to avoid taking calls. Should be investigated.

Had a slight issue arise in the Tampa office, regarding ordering a replacement card. After speaking w Tony the manager, he was able to rectify the situation immediately, and was kind, helpful, and professional at doing so! Wanted to give Tony a shout out, as he intervened promptly, & made the situation better, all with a smile! Thanks again Tony, Christine L

I had a great experience at the Social Service Office on West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional and helpful. I especially want to thank Renaud, who assisted me during my visit. He was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate the great customer service. Thank you for helping the commun

Back in 2018 I had a person from the Healthcare market place that must have had something against me and called the Social Security office in boca and told a lie that I planned to do harm to the building. I asked and appealed to hear the recorded phone call with no help. Now in 2026 my mother has just passed away im banned from entering any federal building and need help applying for and receiving disability benefits. There is obviously more to the story but thats the truth and whole truth. To this day even though my mother passed if she wasn't with me that day who knows what could have happened with the climate in the world. I just need help from my government. I'd give a negative rating but you get 1 star. Good luck to all AMERICANS who need help because it seems if you're not a woman or a foreigner our government doesn't want to help or they make it super hard on purpose. I hope my application doesn't get denied for speaking the truth.

Very fast and easy. I completed my documents and made an appointment online. The first available appointment was 2-3 weeks out. I arrived to my appointment 15min early, parking was easily accessible, checked in, and finished my business before my actual appointment time. Efficient and to the point.
