Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Treatment at Social Security Office To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at the Social Security office on June 2, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m. During my visit, I was treated in a manner that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee involved was speaking in a loud and rude tone. I visited the office seeking assistance with paperwork that needed to be printed, and I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Instead, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the level of customer service provided. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to address my concerns. I would also appreciate confirmation that my complaint has been received. The process was fast and efficient, and almost all the staff were very kind and welcoming, always with a smile. It’s unfortunate that my overall experience was negatively impacted by one employee who did not know how to properly treat customers. Sadly, I was unable to receive my Social Security card because it was stolen along with all my documentation, and I was informed that I needed to present my physical residence card. I completely understand this requirement. However, the way the staff member at the window treated me was unacceptable. I even had to ask, “Can I speak?” because she would not initially allow me to explain my situation. Although she eventually let me talk, her attitude was rude and dismissive. This made an already stressful situation even more disappointing. I truly hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. Thank you to the other employees who were kind and helpful—I really appreciate your support.

Extremely professional staff, knowledgeable, engaging, and very accommodating/polite. My experience Exceeded my expectations, as it was significantly efficient and the process was streamlined with proficient time management and extraordinarily competent. I would highly recommend this office ….and the stand-up comedy routine deserves five stars with perhaps a daily visit just for the frivolity!!! These individuals have a tough job, but they managed it with style and Grace and never let the stress affect their professional mannerism!!!! They all deserve five stars, and every state Agency could benefit from their efficient management !! Thanks everyone for being you and for being GREAT!!!

Very efficient, organized, professional and really helpful. Make sure to schedule online, they take online appointments for 0900AM-1000AM in the morning(check timings for any changes). There will almost be a zero wait time. But if you do not schedule online, it depends on how many people came before you.

Went to the office to update my son’s DD. Was able to get in and was seen within 15 of the office opening. I had the pleasure of have a very friendly and knowledgeable man. I believe his name was McKenzie. He was a breath of fresh air as no one likes going to the SS office. He is a true gem and an asset to the office.
