First things first. *You need to know you need an appointment. *You even need an appointment to ask quick questions or you need to call the 800 number. *There's no walk-ins. Don't get yourself in a tither. There's no walk-ins. I arrived at 11 am on a Tuesday. There were four people ahead of me. When you arrive to the address, you will see the immigration sign before you see the social security sign. Check in at the kiosk for a paper ticket or check in with a QR code for a digital ticket. 4. Wait for your number to be called. There is a visual board and there is also a loudspeaker announcement. Your appointment time means a range between your time and after. For example, a person may make an appointment for a replacement card. But then they talk to the agent about 20 other items. This makes that 15 minute appointment, forty minutes. Therefore your appointment time gets delayed. SSA attempts to schedule your appointment based on the request of the application. But we all know social security. We have 50-11 questions once we are actually there. There is a lot of space for mobility accessibility. Plan your time well. Bring water. Bring a book. Bring headphones. And if your benefits were stopped, it will suck but only for a period of time. Ask them exactly what you need to do to expedite your resources. "Be polite to our civil servants."

I just went yesterday. The process was so simple and nice. Desire made it so easy. She was so kind and sweet. The line was short and took almost no time. Desire had great customer service. I highly recommend her.

Quick service, especially if you have an appointment. They even send an email when your number is called which I think is really cool.

Came here for a name change. Security guards there were very unfriendly. Had very much of an attitude when I asked simple questions. Do not come without an appointment because they will treat you poorly. Expect to stand outside in the sun for up to 30+ mins … not a great experience - glad I only had to come for this one thing.
