I have been here to do SSA for my 2 children 4 times, one is a US citizen, one is an immigrant with a green card, but they still haven't finished processing, and made me make appointments many times, if so, what is the point of them having a queue number machine for individuals without appointments at the SSA office? My 1 year old is sick, needs SSN to buy insurance but they work so slow and wrong. A very confusing place to work, wasting citizens' time.
Pamela A Goodwin 3 years agoIt opened at 9 a.m. and there is always a line outside before they open. You go to the kiosk to get a number then they check you in when they call you. Masks are still required inside.

Singh Manjit 2 years agoVery Bad Service , i am Applying 2 times approximately 6 months ago , i am applying Eastmont Social Security Office they dont give me my Social Number , i have immigration court’s judgment paper and i have also USA work permit , i , but they dont give me my Social Number ? They Waste my 9 months of Work Permit , i am in Stress now day’s i dont have money for food , for clothes , for living in room , for going to Eastmont Social Security Office , i am living in open , that’s a big achievement for Eastmont Social Security Office they made a new bagger and homeless . Congratulations to Eastmont Social Security Office , Shame on you
