They are so incredibly slow here. I wish i could rate negatively. There is a lobby full of people with appointments because it is literally taking 90 minutes to service one person. Having a conversation and taking their time. Hire more people because there is obviously a demand and no available rescheduled appointments for another 2 months.

Friendly and patient staff, no wait with appointment. My only issue has to be the privacy. I didn't feel safe/comfortable sharing my personal information due to the layout of the office. The waiting area/chairs were less than 15-20 feet behind me. I had to shout my personal information across two table lengths of space to communicate with my agent.

Relatively fast service considering i stopped by w/o an appt. Took 1.5 hour to get SSN services done. Entrance doesn't clearly say that Social Agency is inside, but other than that it is a pretty good place to get your social services done.

The agent re scheduled an appointment I had. The website is not user friendly. There needs to be a better way to get a replacement card! The agent was not very helpful.

Worst service at all. There were full people waiting for service and two people serving. We waited 2hrs to get service but she did not even serve us and asked us to make appointment. What is meaning for waiting 2hrs to get only appointment sheet? No walk in service?
