I had a relatively positive experience. I had an appointment by phone and came about 15 minutes before my appointment time. I only had to wait about five minutes before I got called in, and the process was very simple and straightforward, and I was able to get out of there within 15 minutes. The staff could have been nicer or friendlier, but at least they get the job done, so I was pretty happy with the outcome. The replacement card that I requested arrived on the mail way faster than I thought it would be, just within four days.

Even with an appt at noon, the wait was about an hour. I suspect that an earlier appt may have less of a wait. Once my number was called, the clerk handled my request in less than 10 minutes. Over all, a pretty painless experience changing my name here after getting married.

Outstanding customer service. I have had to call this office on several occasions regarding various issues and questions. I recently went into the office to meet with a representative. It was easy to schedule an appointment by phone and the wait time once in the office was minimal. A BIG "thank you" to Rob, who today helped resolve a complicated issue, putting my mind at ease.

I had to come in for a name change of my son and it was very easy and fast. I forgot his name, sorry, but the gentleman at window 26 was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for helping us!

I don't know where to post to complain about this female I was on the phone with but she is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL over talking me when she would ask a question and im trying to answer and snap back at me saying it's not the question she ask. I don't normally complain but for me to be this irate over a worker who supposedly doing her job shouldn't be having an attitude and over talk and snap back! I'm very disappointed at this company for even hiring UNPROFESSIONAL people who think they can give callers attitudes! Unfortunately I have to end up calling again to check on benefits and I hope and pray I don't end up talking to her again! But just my luck I will or some other RUDE worker!
