Applied for our son ssi a month ago , very efficient gentleman assisted us . A few weeks later the money was already in the account , today I went in without appointment to drop off paperwork , longer wait but let’s appreciate the fact that walk ins are allowed here . You get served according to priority , very pleasant lady assisted me . Great service and thanks to all staff , also behind the scene .

I waited 6 hours just to file an application for a social security card. The whole process once my number was called took literally 1 minute or less but I had to wait 6 hours to be seen. It was ridiculous. If you need anything from here go around 2-3pm and you'll be seen faster. Calling isn't much faster, I tried. The security guard was very nice.

I had an appointment. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely make an appointment online or over the phone if you can!

I thought the DMV was bad, but this place takes the cake. They have multiple windows but only two of them are open. You're lucky if each one does one ticket every 10 minutes. Here's the thing. One window is on 257 and the other window is at 268. I'm Number 288 when I walk in. At the rate they are going I am probably going to be here for 3 hours. It's easier for me just to leave and try to find my social security card again

I didn't have an appointment and only waited about 20 minutes. Ms. Harrison helped me and she is awesome. Very helpful, cheerful, and gave answers clearly. Thank you for a great experience!
