Rayell was absolutely wonderful during my wife’s appointment at the Social Security office. She was very kind, patient, professional, and truly made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. Don’t know why you have to jump through hurdles just to schedule an appointment. Office needs to do better for it to be more convenient and efficient for an appointment. Not everything should have to be done online, especially when you guys don’t even answer the phones. Tried making an account for an appointment but it’s making me scan QR codes and more when I don’t have an extra device or phone to be able to do that!! It shouldn’t be this way just to set up an appointment!!!!!!! DO BETTER !!!!! Set up a better process for appointments, especially because you guys don’t want to take in walk ins!!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at the Social Security office for the outstanding help I received. They went above and beyond to locate my records, even placing them on a CD and uploading them directly to my SSA account, which they did not have to do. When there was an issue with me not receiving the records, they were incredibly patient, sympathetic, and proactive. Two staff members took the time to help me, one of whom I believe was Ray, along with the woman who originally assisted me at window number seven. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. I am truly thankful for their diligence and kindness. This level of service made a real difference for me.

I recently updated my legal name so I went into get a new card ordered. Went online to start the process and also saw everyone's grips with scheduling an appointment and wait times. I filled out all the information I needed online and then it prompted me to schedule an appointment if I wanted. To be fair, it is not clear on the website that you need an appointment as it tells you you have 45 days to come in the office to show the documentation they need. I also can't speak for disability or social security payments as I'm sure that's it's own headache. I went ahead and chose the first time slot available. On 12/3 my soonest available appointment was 12/19 so do be prepared to wait a few weeks before getting in. The next morning on 12/4 I went through my appointment confirmation to reschedule my appointment as I wanted to see if maybe someone would drop an earlier appointment and I was able to snag an earlier appointment on 12/8. So definitely check appointment times earlier in the morning like 8/9am and you might get lucky like me and be able to get in sooner! My check in process was simple, I just checked in through my phone and the guard confirmed I had an appointment that day. I had a 10:40am appointment and got called up at 11:06am. I showed her the two documents I needed and was on my way out by 11:15am!

My first time visiting SSA my waiting time was for about one and a half hour wasn't to bad since I didn't have an appointment, but when my name was call everything was awesome Rayell took care of my situation with amability professionalism and knowledge she always with a smile on her face like when sombody really enjoy what she's doing Big thanks Rayell fantastic job keep it up!!
