If I could give this place 0 stars I Definitely would. My parents have been going here for 7 months to get their paperwork situated and they keep saying they lost paperwork they need to process the paper work, but they don’t even have the decency to call and inform people they have you waiting for months. We took the paperwork they needed AGAIN and they said in 2 weeks it should be resolved that the district manager just has to approve it and it’s been 1 month and nothing yet. We called and the worker told us her manager has the paper work but has simply not processed them!! And she’s out Friday and Monday she advised us to contact the alderman and complain. This office has the most incompetent managers all they do is blame each other.

Looks like here every body has problems to get things done. I was trying to get my social security here and is being 6 months and still nothing resolved. Everyone here are rude angry and after you waiting they want to hurry up. They always give excuses on everything and all of them cover off each other. If you can go to another location. Is even worse when you want to talk to them by phone.

O had a problem that is still being worked on for the last 2 years. I've had great experience with Ashley on more than 1 occasion I also had a great experience with Ms. Stockdale. So for them I give 5 stars. I also had terrible experience with other employees that either didn't read know their and were condescending. For them 1 star. Today I was lucky to get a great person who cares

Perfectly nice people doing a difficult job. I was there for a simple change in status, but they deal with much more difficult and impactful problems than that, and they still manage to carry a smile. My appointment was about 20 minutes late, so plan appropriately.

Usually a good experience , accept today I showed up for an unannounced follow up appointment as per I was directed to in writing by the Social Security Administrators messaging, and seemingly the office did not know what do do for an unannounced visit. As such an update really needs to be done on the information being communicated in writing to Fellow Administrators, Social Security Security Award Winners , Retiree’s , SSA Recipients and American Citizen's in general with the written responses given through the portal for directives to follow. As the vast majority such as my self will follow the directives as they are communicated in writing
