Horrible experience at this location. The security guard, Friend, is messy boots. I walked in, the male security guard was talking to me and she interrupted him to tell me to step to the kiosk. I said, “ I have an appointment”. With her face scrunched up & nasty tone, she said, “yeah step to the kiosk.” I said, “ok you didn’t have to say that with an attitude”. She said, “I don’t have an attitude you can ask anyone in here”. I said, “you did say it with an attitude”. She decided to go back and forth with me. I actually take accountability so I will say that this part is my bad….when she told me her name, I thought she was trolling me so I said, “that’s not your name”. Totally my fault bc the male guard said it indeed was. The entire time I was waiting she was throwing subliminal messages trying to get a reaction out of me. Things she was saying: “I can’t let people steal my joy. I thank God for my husband and family daily.” “People come in here just mad. Mad about their situation and the bad decisions they made in life.” As I walked to the SSA representative, she said to another person waiting, “ see people just miserable.” I ignored her. As I walked out, I intentionally didn’t look at her but I heard her laughing so I looked back and she was looking at me laughing. Again trying to get a reaction out of me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be exhausting all avenues to complain. How ridiculous to have this lady employed here. Picture attached of the goofy. There was an older lady in there and her phone was up to her face looking like she was recording or taking a photo OR OR she was older and couldn’t see the text so it was up to her face. The lady was definitely in her 70’s-80’s. The security guard started posing saying if you gon take a picture of me, I might as well look cute. The woman didn’t even realize she was talking about her. This woman is unhinged, projects, wants to be center of attention, gets loud so others can hear her, and has no self awareness of how tacky her behavior is while she’s at work.

Came to meet my mom after work since she needed help. Came in the office and tried locating her. Security is extremely rude, instead of offering help or anything of that nature they rudely kicked me out. People with this sort of attitude shouldn’t be in this kind of work environment if they don’t know how to be friendly. Kindness is FREE. They just stand around and do nothing at all. No greetings, no hello, just rudeness. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to ANYONE.

I went here due to not being able to find my Social Security Card. I was greeted by the security officers at the door. They were extremely polite. The representative who serviced me was extremely polite as well. She attended to my needs & had me in & out quickly. Yes, there's still social distancing in place so you're required to wear a mask. 😷

I swear the people who work here take a customer disservice course. From the moment you walk in you're treated like something between a criminal and livestock, and once you get to the window it's not much better. The worst offender for me was the clerk behind window 12 on Friday 11/7. She went from incredibly rude and condescending to all smiles the second she realized she didn't have to do her job because I brought the wrong paperwork. The sheer laziness and unprofessionalism was a level I've never seen before and I can't help but wonder if she's the same person mentioned in all of the other negative reviews. I'm sure no one reads these, and unfortunately I will be back when I do have the right paperwork, but I just really hope it sucks less next time

Just left this location. Upon walking in starting with me they were making appointments for a later date(even tho I called social security and they said this location accepts walk in’s. And to add to the disfunction going on here the security guard was very very rude.
