Let me start by saying that Mr Smith & his team run a very tight ship. I’m so grateful for the team at this office for handling my mother’s affairs and treating her with care. There can be a lengthy wait however once they get to you they will take care of your needs. It’s best to make an appointment if possible. They serve the community well.

Security at this office is very unprofessional one in particular Torrance Wilson. 2 officers yelling at the same time step back. Wilson is going to get that company facing a law suit with his unprofessional, harassment demeaning remarks. They know he is a problem with the customers and continue to have him at that site.

I give them really a negative one but yeah they were rude to me when I wasn’t rude they talked to me out a pocket and make it seem like I wasn’t a good person this place is not caring or kind. To people with sensitive minds.

Rude Rude Rude Security guards. Three people at the same time asking me at the door , what I'm here for. Everybody had to disclose their personal business at the door in front of people. Then there's the smart pants commentary from the guards. They need a course in customer service etiquette. Go see for yourself please. I'm never going back there.

It took me 1.5 hours to wait for my new ss card, but that was fine since Ms. Page was helpful and friendly.
