What a professional place, the lady at window 7 today was super helpful , very nice and decent she handled everything easily and fast the security was very gentleman & friendly Thank you very much guys

Arrived here at 3:15pm only to be told that they're only accepting appointments. I ask is this normal because I didn't see that on their website and was no it's not normal but they're overcapacitated for the day, but then I watch the guard fistbump someone he knew and let them right on in. Completely unacceptable and shows just how terrible the service is. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not sure who the lovely lady was that assisted me, but these five stars are for her. I was in and out in 13 minutes. To the lady that was on counter 7 on Oct 8 at 1pm, thank you so much, queen!!

Selena was the best. So patient and kind and explained everything. She help me clear up someone else’s mess. I have never spoken to a government agency person who was so nice. Normally you get attitude and impatient employees. You need to have her doing the training on how to show good customer service.

If I could give a negative stars I would. The guard was very rude. Even after turning around to left he was still talking crazy. I had to tell him have a good day and God Bless he still continued mouthing off. I will never go back to that office again will go out of my way not to have any interaction with him ever. He needs to be reprimanded and retrained.
