Today I went for my appointment. The girl at window 5 told me to sit down and that they would call me. A few minutes later, I received a text message telling me to go to window 12. Not even two minutes had passed when I arrived at window 12, and it was already closed. I immediately received another text message saying my appointment had been canceled. I went to window 5 to see what had happened, and she said she didn't know and asked for the supervisor. They told me that my appointment might have been at another location, which makes no sense because she looked me up on the computer when I arrived and told me to sit down and that they would call me. I had to make another appointment, but obviously, the 24th is a long way off. I wasted time, which is sacred here, and I missed my appointment.

I had appointment @ 2:20pm on 3/9/26 but not really sure what has happened with first meet up when we checked in, but the lady @ windown 3 I believe her name was Ms. Vein she was very kind and professional. She helped us and within 5 min we were out also manager/supervisor was nice too. I've been to multiple offices but did not find kind and helpful staff like this office!!

Despite what they tell you on the phone when you call an appointment is needed! You cannot just walk in. The lady nicely explained this after being told by a representative from the 800 number that I could just walk in which was not true. HOWEVER the little short white man “policing” the area was so rude it was crazy. He must’ve not cleaned his ears bc after kindly asking where I could check in because I have never been there he told me I firstly needed to speak English?! I speak perfect English so for that miserable man to make such an accusation is crazy work. I know we all need a job but fired immediately.

Doesn’t deserve not even 1 star! My parents were there and don’t know much about technology so they struggled to check in on the device. When they asked security for help he said no that my father spoke English. If he didn’t need help then why would he be asking for help!!!! Fast forward to his turn now the employee is questioning him why he wants to retire! Automatically assumes that my father got paid cash and told him he wouldn’t be able to do anything for him if he got paid in cash!!! Horrible staff! This is very frustrating to hear how they treat people! If you’re not happy with your job then that is a YOU PROBLEM don’t treat others poorly because you’re unhappy with your job!

Had the friendliest employee Veal help us last minute before close without an appointment. Appointments were 2 months out and she still helped us out. She’s a hero!
