Horrible experience. took my mom in to file for widow's benefits. This incompetent lady miss archer, totally messed up her case. We bought in my mother's birth certificate and father's death certificate. Two, almost three months went past, then she called us and said she did not have it. Never go to this place ever!

The office is basically empty (8) people but the wait times don't reflect that. Long wait times regardless. I have been here almost 2 hours. They also don't take calls which is ridiculous. The company that take the calls can't even help you. At the end you pretty much just get the run around and nothing gets resolved. Also its cold in here. It's a shame how this office operates. If I didn't have to come here for someone else, I definitely wouldn't be here.

I liked the service everyone was so pleasant here and the security officers was very nice and respectful also the representatives at the window.

They know people have a long wait time they should be considerate and put outlet in the building for the customer to charge their phone.

Waited 90 minutes. Got called to the back. Was told she couldn't help me today and said shed make an appointment 60 days out for a replacement card. No confirmation email or text even though she verified my info. Truly sad she would play in someone face and waste their time for a 5 minute task. Even had my application filled out online Today I went to the office in Hammond, took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. People shouldn't have to go to a location outside their area to get quality service.
