Went here a few times to help my family as they struggle with English, always ends up with the same guy (bald, wears glasses) who is impatient and disrespectful. He always has an attitude towards me and my family but seems to treat others with respect. In these types of positions where you’re supposed to help others, basic patience, respect and professionalism shouldn’t be optional but the bare minimum. It’s unacceptable to single out a certain group as everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Shame on him.

I booked an appointment for my SSN, but it was rescheduled twice. The worst part was that they informed me only an hour before the appointment, when I had already almost reached there. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. The person on the phone was also rude and not helpful at all. Definitely needs better customer service and communication.

This is the laziest government office I have ever been to. 6 people all looking at their phones and doing NO work. Do your job people and get off your cell phones. Have some accountability.

If you are going to change your last name after marriage, do the application online 1st. I got the confirmation number and gave it to the person helping me. It pulled up my application right away. She printed the paper out to make sure everything was correct. When doing the application I put in the documents I was going to bring. I showed her them and she said your new card will be mailed out in 2 weeks. Also she said you get 10 free Social security cards in a lifetime. I was out in 15-20 min

Super quick and easy. I was in and out in under 3 min for my appointment. Filled everything out online so basically just needed to verify my identity and confirm my address
