I have talk to so so many Representatives here and Although most are kind, One person can change your whole day with a good attitude. I didn’t get to leave a survey but the representative I believe his name was CJ, is extremely, EXTREMELY kind, Professional and takes the time to try to resolve or answer any questions he can. Over all he goes above and beyond making the customer feel heard and that is impressive and important. Thank you CJ. April

It's unfortunate that you can't do a walk-in appointment, but I got an appointment scheduled 3 weeks out through their webaite (which isnt user friendly unfortunately). My appointment was at 2:40. I checked in at 2:35 and was almost immediately called back and was out by 2:45! Amar was great and super quick, helpful and cheerful! I hope he is treated well by his work!

After the hassle of not being able to log into my account, I was finally able to and make an appointment. The appointments are a couple of weeks out. Once the day of my appointment came up everything went fairly quickly. I was sent a link to check in an hour before and once I got there I waited probably 15 minutes or so to be called. Once I got to the window it was 5 minutes. Thank you.

In and out in less than 10 min for two appointments! Fantastic experience. We compared it to DMV in the contrast of speed. The two administrators we talked to(we had two appts at the same time) were both polite, nice and efficient. Thank you!

I called Social Security to schedule an appointment. Got the appointment scheduled two weeks out. During the appointment, I was at the office for about 30 minutes and it went smooth and the staff members there were kind. It did seem like if you DIDN’T have an appointment, you will be there much longer than expected. Highly suggest scheduling it beforehand.
